program overview
Iron & Faith is a life-changing 4-week program where fathers and sons gather three times per week to build unbreakable bonds, develop godly character, and forge physical and spiritual strength.
Each 90-minute session is intentionally designed with 45 minutes of group discussion and scripture-based teaching, followed by 45 minutes of adaptive fitness training suitable for all skill levels.
This is more than a workout program—it's a brotherhood experience where fathers guide their sons into manhood through shared challenges, biblical truth, and mutual accountability. As physical discipline increases, so does spiritual discipline, creating young men who are equipped to study God's Word consistently and live righteously in an increasingly challenging world.

Duration: 4 weeks
Location: The Lab/ Underground Hoops Ham Lake MN
Times: 5:00pm-6:30pm
Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Session Length: 90 minutes (45 min discussion + 45 min fitness)
Group Size: 8-12 father-son pairs per cohort
Age Range: Sons 12-18 years old
Skill Level: All fitness levels welcome and accommodated

What to Expect Each Session
Arrival (5 minutes before start):
Participants arrive and prepare mentally for fellowship and training
Light conversation and connection with other father-son teams
Equipment setup and space preparation
Fellowship Hour Structure (45 minutes):
Opening circle and prayer (5 min)
Scripture reading and teaching (15 min)
Group discussion and father wisdom sharing (15 min)
Personal application and accountability (10 min)
Training Hour Structure (45 minutes):
Dynamic warm-up (10 min)
Main strength circuit (25 min)
Cool-down and stretch (5 min)
Closing reflection and prayer (5 min)
