FORGE (5 AM & 6 AM) Heavy Strength + HIIT
Start your day by forging discipline and strength. Forge combines heavy compound lifts with high-intensity interval training to build maximum power and conditioning. Expect barbell work, challenging loads, and metabolic finishers that push your limits. This class is designed for those ready to grind before the day begins—building both physical and mental toughness through the fire.

RISE.
RISE (8 AM) Full Body Strength + Fast-Paced
Movement Rise is your energizing morning class focused on full-body functional movements with lighter weights and faster pace. Perfect form and efficient movement are the priority—building strength that translates to everyday life. Expect dynamic exercises, higher reps, and continuous flow that gets your heart rate up while teaching proper mechanics. Rise before the day rises with movement that matters.

SPARC.
SPARC (4 PM) Speed, Plyometrics + Agility, Resistance, Conditioning
Sparc is our sport-specific performance class designed to make you faster, more explosive, and more agile. Through targeted speed drills, plyometric training, and agility work, you'll develop the quick-twitch power and movement mechanics that separate good athletes from great ones. Expect sprints, jumps, lateral movement, and reaction drills that translate directly to the field, court, or competition. Perfect for student athletes, weekend warriors, or anyone ready to move like an athlete.

IRON.
IRON (5 PM) Strength Supersets + Lean Muscle Focus
Iron is your evening strength session designed for those who've already put in a full day. We move weight strategically through supersets and strength-focused programming, incorporating more rest between sets to accommodate lower energy levels. The focus is building lean muscle and raw strength without the conditioning demand—just intelligent, purposeful lifting. Iron sharpens iron, even when you're tired.

HYROX training club.
hyrox training club classes FRIDAY 4pm
Train for the world's functional fitness race. HYROX pairs 8 kilometers of running with 8 workout stations — sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer's carries, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and ski erg — held to the same standard in every arena worldwide. This 60-minute class is built to get you race-ready: interval work across all 8 stations, running mechanics and pacing, smooth transitions, and coached technique start to finish. All levels welcome — scaled for your training level.

OPEN GYM. MONDAY-FRIDAY 10am-4pm & 6pm-10pm
Train on your own time in a space built for purpose.
Open Gym gives you access to the Thumos Training facility outside of scheduled class times. Whether you're working through your own programming, getting extra reps in, or just need a place to move — the floor is yours.
Access All Open Gym members will be set up with a key fob for facility access. Upon sign-up, you'll receive your fob at the gym and we'll activate it on-site so you're ready to go. Your fob will be programmed to grant entry during open gym hours only.

Gym Guidelines
Rerack all weights and return equipment to its proper place when you're done.
Wipe down benches, mats, and machines after use.
Respect the space. Thumos is more than a gym — it's a sanctuary. Keep the environment focused, encouraging, and honoring to those around you.
No dropping empty barbells. Control the weight on the way down.
If you're unsure where something goes, ask. We're glad to help.
