These one-on-one sessions are built entirely around you — your goals, your movement, and your season of life — coached with the same faith-first philosophy that drives everything we do at Thumos. TeamBuildr Tracked Workouts | Meal Plan | Faith Integration
This is the full Thumos experience. Through the TeamBuildr platform your training is fully tracked and progressive, paired with a customized whole-foods meal plan designed to fuel performance and recovery, and woven together with intentional faith integration — Scripture, reflection prompts, and spiritual checkpoints that connect the discipline of training to the deeper calling on your life. OPEN GYM
Train on your own time in a space built for purpose.
Open Gym gives you access to the Thumos Training facility outside of scheduled class times. Whether you're working through your own programming, getting extra reps in, or just need a place to move — the floor is yours.
Access All Open Gym members will be set up with a key fob for facility access. Upon sign-up, you'll receive your fob at the gym and we'll activate it on-site so you're ready to go. Your fob will be programmed to grant entry during open gym hours only.
Hours Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Gym Guidelines
Rerack all weights and return equipment to its proper place when you're done.
Wipe down benches, mats, and machines after use.
Respect the space. Thumos is more than a gym — it's a sanctuary. Keep the environment focused, encouraging, and honoring to those around you.
No dropping empty barbells. Control the weight on the way down.

We are focusing on building discipline and consistency with strength training. In order to forge a stronger faith and give members the tools to accomplish anything life has to offer.

We run Strength and HIIT classes 5 days a week 5am.6am.8am.12pm.4pm.5pm
Each month is a different program with members receiving a fitness app.

We also train sport performance in the afternoons for all student athletes looking to further their game. But we also give them the habits for building stronger characters and building their faith.

Each class we aim to bring a scripture message during the warm up or cool down to give the members hope and strengthen their faith. Having a community to share faith is what we value at Thumos.
