Personal training 1 on 1

  • We are focusing on building discipline and consistency with strength training. In order to forge a stronger faith and give members the tools to accomplish anything life has to offer.

  • We run Strength and HIIT classes 5 days a week 5am.6am.8am.12pm.4pm.5pm

    Each month is a different program with members receiving a fitness app.

  • We also train sport performance in the afternoons for all student athletes looking to further their game. But we also give them the habits for building stronger characters and building their faith.

  • Each class we aim to bring a scripture message during the warm up or cool down to give the members hope and strengthen their faith. Having a community to share faith is what we value at Thumos.
