Monday- Friday 5am, 11am, 4pm

We train strength protocols, sport performance, and infuse scripture based messages before the workout in the warm up, or after each session in cool down. This keeps our mind sharp and ready to take on the day, as well as the next day. Each member will get access to the online custom programs to rack results and keep up with the other members by seeing their group messages, workout leaderboards and much more.

Members on the Live Access and Ultimate Plans can schedule their live workouts from our flexible schedule:

  • Available times: 6 AM, 6 PM
    Members choose sessions freely, which expire 30 days after scheduling, ensuring fresh, consistent engagement every month.
