FORGE LAB
Thumos Forge is a hybrid training program that combines personalized coaching with independent training to build both physical strength and mental discipline.
Members choose either 5 or 10 one-on-one coaching sessions (60 minutes each, held Monday-Friday at 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM at The Lab Athletic) where they learn proper technique and movement patterns.
They then receive 25 days of structured programming through the TeamBuildr app to train independently with 24/7 gym access at The Lab.
This approach teaches members the fundamentals through expert coaching, then empowers them to apply those skills on their own schedule, forging the self-reliance and discipline needed for long-term success—embodying the Thumos principle that motivation fades but discipline endures.
