Show up before the sun does. Twelve alarm clocks. Twelve early mornings. The discipline of the pre-dawn hour trains your mind to lead your day — not react to it. Journaling, reflection, and the quiet before the noise.

BODY
Strength · Movement · Sweat
Coached strength and conditioning tailored to the athlete. Every session programmed. Every movement scaled to where you are. You’ll leave stronger — not just for the workout, but for everything the day throws at you.

SPIRIT
Scripture · Prayer · Brotherhood
Scripture in every session. Bible study after every workout. A community of brothers and sisters showing up alongside you. The Word doesn’t stay in a book — it walks with you into the rest of your week.

Open the room. How was the week? Where’s the heart? Community sets the posture for everything that follows.

Warm-Up

Movement prep and activation. Ready the body. Focus the mind. Get on the floor with intention.

30 MIN

Workout

Coached, programmed, scalable. Strength and conditioning built for the athlete in front of us — whoever that is.

30 MIN

Bible Study

Cool-down and discussion. We unpack the previous day’s scripture together and apply it to what we’re actually walking through.

Most training programs pick one lane. Body only. Spirit only. Mind only. But God didn’t make you in pieces — and He doesn’t transform you in pieces either. Iron & Faith Camp is 12 sessions of training the whole person, on purpose, together, before the day begins.

Four weeks is enough time to see change. Not long enough to lose the fire.

QUICK QUESTIONS.

No. The door is wide open. Scripture is part of every session — that’s never going to change. But if you’re curious, skeptical, searching, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here. Come as you are.
Every movement scales to the athlete. There’s a coach in the room every session, and we meet you where you are. Whether it’s your first workout in years or you train daily, you’ll be coached at your level.
Life happens. The 12 sessions run straight through — Mon/Wed/Fri, four weeks. Even if you make it to 8 or 10 of them, the transformation still happens. The goal isn’t perfect attendance — it’s a real commitment to showing up.
Water bottle, towel, and shoes you can move in. We’ll provide the journal, the workouts, the coaching, and the scripture. Show up 10 minutes early on Day 1 and we’ll get you set up.
