A HYROX Sim is a full-format simulation of the official race, run at our facility to race-day standards. Same 8 stations. Same distances and loads. Judges at every station enforcing the reps. Clocks running. Your time gets logged.
Whether you’re training for your first race, chasing a PR, or you just want to see what you’ve got — the sim gives you the full experience without the plane ticket. Race the course. Beat the clock. Find out where you actually are.

Common Questions
BEFORE YOU REGISTER.
No. The sim is open to anyone willing to move through the format. If it’s your first crack at HYROX, this is the perfect way to find out where you’re at without the pressure of a full sold-out arena.
This is a simulation of the real race, so standard weights are the goal. That said, if a movement is truly out of reach, we’ll work with you to keep you moving safely — your time gets logged with a note if you had to scale.
Elite HYROX athletes finish in about 60 minutes. Most people land somewhere between 75 and 110 minutes. Pairs tend to be faster than singles because you split the work. Plan on being at the facility for a couple of hours around your wave.
Bring your own or let us know you need one at registration — we’ll help pair you up. Men’s pairs, women’s pairs, and mixed pairs all welcome. Weights match the team makeup.
Life happens. Reach out as early as you can and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Refund policy will be sent with your registration confirmation.
