A faith-forged HYROX simulation at Thumos Training. Scripture and prayer open the morning at 7:30 AM. First wave at 8. Racer t-shirt, prizes, food, and a community that will cheer you across every finish line. Solo $100 · Doubles $150.
A HYROX Sim is a full-format simulation of the official race, run at our facility to race-day standards. Same 8 stations. Same distances and loads. Judges at every station enforcing the reps. Clocks running. Your time gets logged.
This one has a Thumos twist: the day opens in prayer, closes in community, and every athlete gets a shirt, a shot at prizes, and food to refuel with when they cross the finish line.
Before the clock starts.
SCRIPTURE. PRAYER. THEN THE RACE.
At 7:30 AM, before the first wave lines up, we gather. Scripture read aloud. Prayer over the effort about to happen. A moment to remember why we train the way we do — not for a crown that fades, but for one that lasts.
All are welcome, faith or not. Show up early. Center yourself. Then race.

Common Questions
BEFORE YOU REGISTER.
No. The morning opens with scripture and prayer — that’s who we are and it’s not going to change. But the door is wide open. Come race, cheer, refuel, listen for whatever meets you. Show up as you are.
No. The sim is open to anyone willing to move through the format. If it’s your first crack at HYROX, this is the perfect way to find out where you’re at with a home crowd cheering you on.
This is a simulation of the real race, so standard weights are the goal. That said, if a movement is truly out of reach, we’ll work with you to keep you moving safely — your time gets logged with a note if you had to scale.
Elite HYROX athletes finish in about 60 minutes. Most people land somewhere between 75 and 110 minutes. Doubles tends to be faster because you split the work. Plan on being at the facility for the morning around your wave.
Bring your own or let us know you need one at registration — we’ll help pair you up. Men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed pairs all welcome. Weights match the team makeup.
Bring them all. This is a community event first, a race second. Cheering encouraged. Kids welcome. Food vendor will be on site for the whole crew.
Life happens. Reach out as early as you can and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Refund policy will be sent with your registration confirmation.
