Build strength. Build character. Be made strong. Barbell-focused strength work paired with high-intensity intervals. The early crew that sets the tone for the day.

Performance training for athletes and anyone who wants to move like one. Speed ladders, box jumps, resisted sprints, agility drills, and circuit work that translates to every sport.

Strength + Circuits
Rise above. Move with purpose. Live different. Strength training paired with circuit-style conditioning that builds work capacity, mental grit, and full-body endurance.

Official HYROX Affiliate • Race Prep
Thumos is an official HYROX affiliate. Race-prep sessions built around the 8 competition stations — ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer carries, sandbag lunges, and wall balls — combined with structured running intervals and pacing strategy. All levels welcome.

HOW A CLASS FLOWS

This isn’t a workout with a Bible verse tacked on. The Word is woven into the structure of every session.

First 5 Minutes
SCRIPTURE & INTENTIONALITY
Every class opens in the Word. The coach reads the day’s scripture, connects it to the workout theme, and sets the intention. You train differently when you know why you’re here.

Next 10 Minutes
DYNAMIC WARM-UP
Purposeful movement prep designed to activate the muscles you’ll use that day. Mobility, activation, and progressive intensity to get your body and mind ready.

30–40 Minutes
THE WORKOUT
The main training block. Strength, conditioning, circuits, performance — depends on the class. Every workout is programmed, coached, and scalable. The effort is the offering.

Final 5 Minutes
COOLDOWN & REAL-LIFE APPLICATION
Stretch, slow down. The coach leads an open discussion connecting the day’s scripture to real life. What you endured on the floor mirrors what you’re walking through outside the gym.
