Faith & Forge is a 40-session training camp for athletes who are ready to push past their limits and compete with purpose. 3 months. 40 sessions. Intense training. Disciplined coaching. A community rooted in faith.
This isn’t a gym membership. This is a commitment to becoming the strongest version of yourself — body, mind, and spirit.
Every session is anchored in scripture. The first 5–10 minutes are spent in the Word — building intentionality, setting the tone, and connecting the day’s training to the story of Jesus. The workouts follow a 13-week journey through His life — from the calling of the disciples to the empty tomb. When Jesus calms the storm, you train under pressure. When He carries the cross, you carry heavy loads. When He sends out the twelve, you step into new challenges. After the workout, the cooldown brings it home with real-life application — connecting what you just endured on the floor to what you’re walking through in life. The physical and the spiritual train together.
Every athlete receives a 40-Day Devotional Journal on Day 1. The journal follows the same scripture as your session — so the truth you train with on the floor is the truth you carry into your day.

WHAT YOU GET
40 COACHED SESSIONS
Programmed, progressive training designed to build speed, strength, power, and endurance. Each session runs 60 minutes — scripture opening, training, and real-life application cooldown. Four time slots to fit your schedule. Every session is coached and intentional.
SPORT PERFORMANCE
Speed, agility, plyometrics, strength, and conditioning. Whether you're chasing a roster spot, a scholarship, or a PR — this program is built to make you faster, stronger, and more explosive.
SCRIPTURE-LED SESSIONS
Every session starts with 5–10 minutes in the Word — building intentionality and connecting the day's training to the story of Jesus. Then you train. After the workout, the cooldown brings it home with real-life application — connecting what you just endured on the floor to what you're walking through in life. 13 weeks through the life of Christ. The workouts embody the Word.
40-DAY DEVOTIONAL JOURNAL
Every athlete gets a physical journal on Day 1. The journal follows the same scripture as your session — so the truth you train with on the floor is the truth you carry into your day. A tangible record of 40 days of growth you can look back on long after the summer ends.
COMMUNITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
You'll train alongside athletes who are hungry. Iron sharpens iron. The people in this room will push you, hold you accountable, and become your crew. Partner workouts, team WODs, and daily discussion prompts build bonds that go deeper than the gym.
BASELINE & RETEST
Day 1 is benchmark day. Day 40 is retest day. You'll see exactly how far you've come — in the numbers, in your body, and in your mindset. Growth you can measure, not just feel.
